I am currently Post-Doc in Alpine Ecology Lab, CNRS, Université Grenoble Alpes, France. The title of my PhD is “Towards a spatial theory of interaction networks in ecology: concepts, methods and applications”. I particularly focus on statistical models of interactions (Markov networks, Bayesian networks), methods of network comparison and stochastic metacommunity models. I am using environmental DNA data sampled in the French Alps and worldwide to provide dependencies maps between several group constituting of the soil biodiversity.
